50501 is a decentralized rapid response
to the anti-democratic, destructive, and, in many cases, illegal actions being undertaken by the Trump administration and his plutocrats. 50501 is a call for 50 protests in 50 states on 1 day: February 5, 2025. It is being organized by regular people and their grassroots organizations who understand that coming together in this moment is how we build people power. 50501 was originally started on the subreddit r/50501 and Tiktok, and is being organized on a state by state basis through messaging platforms.
